By ordering from Intouching Software you agree that you have read, understood and to be bound by the terms.
PAYMENT METHOD:
。Intouching Software operates on a COD basis. All goods ordered must be paid for on delivery or collection, or where a third party is used for such delivery, payment should be made prior to goods being sent.
。We are pleased to accept PAYPAL or Bank transfer for online purchases. 50% deposit to be settled upon order confirmation. Remaining balance to be settled before shippment.
。Ownership of the GOODS shall remain vested in Intouching Software until the purchase price has been paid in full.
。Delivery charges will apply to all orders depending on your delivery address. This will be indicated when ordering online
TERM & CONDITIONS:
。All machine are tailor-made to fit with client's requirement which are order to make. Ordering time approxiate 20 working days. Delivery time depends on the lcoation and the courrier selected.
。Worldwide delivery available, any import tax and duty are exlcuded from the price.
。Please ensure your delivery address is correct and to be at your premises on the day of delivery, (Else make other arrangements) as we will not be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned due to an incorrect address or no answer at the premises, you will be charged for delivery again. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to give a time of delivery as this depends on variable factors.
。Risk shall pass onto the customer/purchaser once POD (proof of delivery) is signed. When using a third party such as a family member or independent courier company to collect the parcel on your behalf, the risk shall pass to the person receiving the parcel at our premises. No goods will be sent via courier or post without full payment being made into our bank account.
。 Intouching Software reserves the right to refuse any claim should the equipment have:
• been mishandled in any way,
• been operated by any unqualified personnel,
• failed to have been operated in the means to which it was intended or advised
• been subjected to any lightning strikes or power surges (we insist that all electrical products are used with a surge protector for the safety of consumers as well as the protection of the integrity of the equipment)
• incurred any destruction or damage by fire, tempest, flood, vermin, rust, riot, civil commotion or force majeure.
